Return Policy

NEW RETURNS

• Original receipt must be presented.
• Item must be unopened in original condition packaging.
• No returns accepted after 30 days.
• Special orders will incur 20% re stocking charges.
• Freight charges in are non refundable.
• Freight charges out may be assessed depending on origin of part.
• Credit must be processed on original card of payment.
• Freight charges on free online shipments will be charged back on returns.

WARRANTY RETURNS

• Original receipt must be presented.
• Freight charges in are non refundable.
• Freight charges out may be assessed depending on origin of part.
• Items will be replaced only based on manufacturer’s warranty policy.
• Warranty covers original part only and no labour or incidental cost.

CORE RETURNS

• Original receipt must be presented.
• Items must be returned in original packaging.
• Credit must be processed on original card of payment.
• Freight charges out may be assessed depending on origin of part.
• HST is not refunded on core returns as per Canada Revenue Agency rules.
